About

Stephanie Edd is an author, artist, leftist, critic, and a good friend. She graduated from UC Berkeley in 2010 and continues to haunt the San Francisco Bay Area.

As an avid media consumer and optimistic weirdo, she endeavors to write stories that help people understand that we don’t always have to be serious to deal with serious things and that with empathy, compassion, and thick skin, our human community can achieve camaraderie.

Her published works include the short story, “Behind the Dark Slide,” in Issue 39 of The Berkeley Fiction Review. She is currently continuing work on her series of 1940s San Francisco noir private detective novels, The Gance and Grace Mysteries.
